For anyone who needs to sleep better or calm their minds, there are two recordings of guided relaxations on my website now - both free to download or stream.
The second one is ideal for parents, carers and frontline workers. It reminds us how important it is to care of our own needs - to put some fuel in our own tanks to allow us to support those around us.

Used at bedtime, they will help you drift off and will boost the quality of your sleep.
