This was my positive action on Sunday evening. It was blowing a gale but I knew the light would be wonderful so I hiked up the hills with my dogs for an evening walk to blow away (literally) the cobwebs!
This positive action gave me exercise and some feel good endorphins, plus I got to soak up a stunning view, and my dogs got a good walk.
