Service Description
This session is where I find out a bit more about you and the outcome you are seeking. In it you will learn valuable information to help you feel more in control immediately - you will understand why you are feeling and behaving the way you do, and what you can do about it. You'll learn how you can move on and live a calmer, easier life - all without having to delve into the past. You can also learn if solution focused hypnotherapy could be for you. As from 4 January 2021 all appointments are held online. I have a professional set-up and years of experience working online to help the session run smoothly and so you can feel at ease.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give Fiona 24 hours' notice so that she can give the appointment to someone else who needs it. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within two hours and no-shows are billed at the full fee.
